Here's a pic I found on the net from this year's Reston 3/4 race. This is the second crash I was caught behind. Pretty close call, at least I stayed upright! (not sure who took the pic)

Erf Brother!! Way to keep from going down with the others.. I still have a friggin headache and nausea from getting hit by that car the other day.. have a MRI set up for tuesday, hopefully I'll loose the headache before then and not have to go through with it.. talk to you soon, take care and tell Katie I said hello!
I'm glad I didn't go down! However, you can see the expression on my face is not a happy one! It did however cause me to get gapped. I think the guys are ok... I heard one of them won a race a couple weeks later.

This is why I don't road race. For some reason flipping end over end off the side of a mountain seems a lot safer than this.
ouch,,,, it hurts either way , dirt, road it don`t matter.....
